Club bar

The bar

Ninety-eight items across nine categories, at the same counter as reception, open as long as the gym is: around the clock. After training you do not have to go anywhere.

Prices from 3,000 UZS. Current prices at the counter and in the club app.

What we have

56Supplements and boosters
The bar's biggest shelf: amino acids, creatine, pre-workout complexes, vitamins and single supplements.
11Fresh juices and fruit
Fresh-pressed juices and fruit, not concentrate from a carton. The simplest thing after a session, and the most requested.
9Protein bars
For when a proper meal is still far off and the session is already over.
8Protein and shakes
Shakes are made on the spot. Protein is a convenient form of dietary protein, not a special supplement.
5Coffee
Espresso and milk drinks. At night too — the club runs around the clock, and the bar with it.
3Drinks
Cold drinks for during and after training.
3Sports nutrition
Gainers and specialised blends for putting on mass.
2Water
Still and mineral, in two sizes.
1Sweets
Not much, but it is there. Not everything in a club has to be on plan.

Common questions

Can I buy sports nutrition without a membership?

Yes. The bar works as a normal point of sale: come in, buy, leave. No membership is needed for that.

Is the bar open at night?

Yes, along with the gym. The club is open around the clock and so is the counter: at three in the morning you can get water, coffee or a shake.

How much is a shake or a juice?

Bar items start at 3,000 UZS. The exact price is shown at the counter and in the club app, so it always matches what is actually on the shelf.

Do I even need protein if I train for myself?

Not necessarily. You can cover your protein target with ordinary food — beef, chicken, eggs, katyk, suzma, chickpeas. Powder is for when food alone does not get you there.
