This translation is provided for convenience. The Russian version is the legally binding one.

These Terms govern the use of the club's website, mobile application, Telegram mini-app and the club's Telegram bots (hereinafter collectively — the "Service").

By starting to use the Service, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Service.

These Terms supplement but do not supersede the contract for the provision of sports and fitness services. In the event of a discrepancy between the documents on matters concerning the provision of services at the club, the contract shall prevail.

1. Account

Login is effected using a mobile telephone number and a one-time code, or a Telegram account.
The account is personal. Do not transfer access to it to other persons and do not use another person's account.
If you have lost access to your telephone number or have noticed a login that you did not perform, notify us as soon as possible.
Provide accurate data. We are entitled to restrict access if the data is knowingly inaccurate.

2. Who may use the Service

For persons under eighteen years of age, an account is created with the knowledge of a legal representative. The "Capture" game mode, the club feed and private messages are not activated for such accounts.

3. Rules on posting and communication

You are responsible for what you post: photographs, texts, comments and messages. It is prohibited to post materials that:

violate the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan;
contain insults, threats, harassment, or incitement of enmity;
contain pornography or scenes of violence;
infringe third parties' copyright;
contain third parties' personal data without those persons' consent, including photographs of other club visitors taken without their knowledge;
contain advertising of third-party goods and services, including the services of outside trainers;
contain knowingly false information about the club, its employees or visitors.

Filming and photography at the club. When filming or taking photographs in common areas, do not include other visitors in the frame without their consent. Filming and photography in changing rooms, showers and lavatories is entirely prohibited.

By posting materials in the club feed, you grant the club the right to display them within the Service. Title to your content remains with you. Use of your content in the club's external advertising requires separate consent.

4. Complaints and moderation

You may file a complaint about a post, comment or user by using the "Report" button next to the material.
Complaints are reviewed within no more than three business days. Materials that manifestly violate the law are hidden immediately pending review.
Following the review, the material may be deleted and the user's access to the club feed restricted. We notify the user of the measure applied.
Materials subject to deletion upon the demand of an authorised state body are deleted within the period established by law.
A moderation decision may be challenged by writing to us on Telegram or by applying at the reception desk.

5. Points, coins and rewards

Points, coins, levels, rewards, achievements and seasonal prizes are elements of the club's loyalty programme. They exist solely within the Service.

Points and coins do not constitute electronic money, a means of payment, a security or any other financial instrument. They have no nominal value in soum.

Coins are not exchangeable for monetary funds, are not redeemed by the club and may not be sold or transferred to another person for money.

Any of the club's goods or services may always be paid for in full in soum, without the use of coins. Coins are applied as a discount or as a means of obtaining a reward within the loyalty programme, but are never the sole means of obtaining a service for a fee.

Coins are credited and debited in accordance with the programme rules published in the Service. The club is entitled to amend the crediting rules, giving notice thereof in the Service at least ten days in advance. Upon termination of membership, unused points and coins are cancelled and are not subject to monetary compensation. Coins credited in error or obtained through the use of a vulnerability of the Service may be debited.

6. "Capture" game mode

The mode is available to persons who have attained eighteen years of age and requires separate permission to access location data.

Safety takes precedence over the game. Do not use the application on the roadway, while driving, at construction sites, on private property or in places where this is prohibited. Watch the road and your surroundings. The club bears no liability for harm arising as a result of a breach of this rule.

Spoofing of coordinates and the use of any means that distort location data are prohibited. Results obtained in such a manner are annulled.

7. "AI Trainer" feature

Responses are generated by an automated system. They are of a general informational nature only.

The responses do not constitute medical advice, a diagnosis or a prescription and do not replace consulting a physician. If you have any illnesses, pain or are pregnant, and also before any significant change in your exercise load, consult a physician.

The system may err. Verify decisions important to your health with a physician or with a club trainer. How your request is processed is described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Notifications

Service notifications concerning bookings, purchases, membership expiry and schedule changes form part of the service and are sent to everyone.

Advertising notifications are sent only where separate consent has been given and are not sent between 18:00 and 09:00. You may withdraw consent at any time in your profile settings.

9. Rights to the content of the Service

The name, logo, corporate identity, texts, photographs, videos and software code of the Service belong to the club and are protected by law. Use of these materials without the club's written permission is not permitted. This does not restrict your right to share links to public pages of the Service.

10. Availability of the Service and liability

We endeavour to ensure the uninterrupted operation of the Service but do not guarantee the complete absence of interruptions. We aim to carry out scheduled maintenance during hours of lowest load.

The club is not liable for failures caused by the user's equipment or by the operation of communication networks, payment systems, Telegram, Google or Apple.

Nothing in these Terms limits the club's liability for harm to life and health, or any liability that may not be limited under the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

11. Restriction of access

We may restrict or terminate access to the Service in the event of a material breach of these Terms, an attempt to hack or disrupt the operation of the Service, or actions causing harm to other users. Restriction of access to the Service does not in itself terminate a paid-up contract for the provision of services at the club.

12. Amendment of the Terms

Each new version is assigned a number and a date. We give notice of material changes in the Service at least ten days in advance. By continuing to use the Service after the new version takes effect, you accept it.

13. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Uzbekistan. A dispute shall first be settled by correspondence: send your claim to the club reception desk or to us on Telegram; the review period is thirty days. If no agreement is reached, the dispute shall be resolved by a court in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
